[Fixed] Increased percentage of failed screenshots

From 23:30 UTC on November 11 to 09:20 UTC on November 12, we had more errors than normal with some screenshot requests. This happened because of the way we remove overlays, like cookie banners, which caused issues on certain URLs. The problem is now fixed, and we are updating our processes to prevent it from happening again. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Rest assured, any failed captures won't count against your usage or result in charges.

Google Drive Sync Issues

Google Drive has been accepting uploads successfully since October 3, 06:14 UTC. We regret that this has happened, especially since we can never fully control the process when syncing to third-party services. For now, we are monitoring the situation and analyzing whether we can identify which screenshot uploads may have been affected and if it's possible to retry the uploads. Errors with NL capture location, resolved

We identified that our GEO IP location in the Netherlands has been experiencing reliability problems since September 26, a matter that was only recently highlighted to us. We've since replaced the proxy server, and it is now functioning properly again. Any screenshots obtained from this location will not count against your capture volume, as they failed over the past few days.
