Google Drive Sync Issues

Google Drive has been accepting uploads successfully since October 3, 06:14 UTC. We regret that this has happened, especially since we can never fully control the process when syncing to third-party services. For now, we are monitoring the situation and analyzing whether we can identify which screenshot uploads may have been affected and if it's possible to retry the uploads. Rest assured, this hasn't affected screenshot capturing and scheduling, and all images are available and accessible in your Stillio account as normal.

While Google Drive still randomly rejects file uploads, we are working on a potential workaround to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, Google Drive is failing to upload files again. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. Note that this does not affect the screenshot capture process for any of our customers; everything works as normal, and all screenshots are accessible in your account. Only the upload to Google Drive is affected and will be processed at a later time when the functionality is working correctly again.

Uploading to Google Drive is stable and functioning as needed again. Files that failed to upload during the downtime will be identified and retried as soon as possible; no action is needed on your part.

Screenshots are being uploaded to Google Drive again. We'll keep an eye on things for a bit to make sure everything is back to normal. Once it's stable, we'll give you another update.

Starting September 26, we're facing issues when uploading files to Google Drive. Google Drive has been returning errors from their API when we send newly captured screenshots to connected Google Drive accounts. This problem originates on Google's side and affects many third parties that integrate with Google Drive. We are actively monitoring the situation, and once it's resolved, we will post an update on restoring and resuming the file uploads.
