Our logs indicated that we experienced a high error rate when capturing screenshots from Amazon. Amazon has a robust firewall policy to block bots, so we rely on premium proxies to bypass the captchas. Since the existing network route generated errors, we have now switched to another proxy network that has resolved the issue. We will continue to monitor the configuration for stability. The loading times of images in our app have been restored, everything is working fine again. We will continue monitoring over the next few hours.
