We identified that our GEO IP location in the Netherlands has been experiencing reliability problems since September 26, a matter that was only recently highlighted to us. We've since replaced the proxy server, and it is now functioning properly again. Any screenshots obtained from this location will not count against your capture volume, as they failed over the past few days. Going forward, we will enhance our monitoring processes to identify such issues more promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
